How does SellerBlaze connect to my Amazon account?

SellerBlaze uses the official Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API) via a standard OAuth authorization flow. You authorize the app directly through Amazon — we never ask for your Seller Central username or password.

Is my data safe?

Yes. All Amazon SP-API tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-CBC. All data in transit is protected by HTTPS/TLS. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt and never stored in plain text. See our Security page for full details.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.

Does SellerBlaze modify my Amazon listings or orders?

No. SellerBlaze is strictly read-only. It retrieves data from your Amazon account for analytics purposes and never makes any changes to your listings, inventory, prices, or orders.

What Amazon India seller types are supported?

SellerBlaze supports both FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) and Easy Ship (MFN) sellers on Amazon.in. All fee structures — FBA fees, Easy Ship charges, referral fees, TCS, TDS — are tracked.
