1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SellerBlaze ("the Service") at https://sellerblaze.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including those in the closed beta programme.
2. Description of Service
SellerBlaze is a profit analytics and fee-tracking platform for Amazon India sellers. It connects to your Amazon Seller Central account via the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API) to retrieve order data, financial events, and fee information, and presents this data in a unified P&L dashboard.
3. Beta Programme
SellerBlaze is currently in closed beta. Access is by invitation or approval only.
- Beta features may change, be removed, or be unavailable at any time without notice.
- We do not guarantee uptime or data accuracy during the beta period.
- Beta access may be revoked at our discretion.
- By participating in the beta, you agree to provide feedback to help us improve the product.
4. Eligibility
You must be a registered Amazon India seller with an active Seller Central account to use SellerBlaze. You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to bind yourself or your business to these Terms.
5. Amazon SP-API Authorization
To use SellerBlaze, you must grant the application access to your Amazon Seller Central account via OAuth. By doing so, you authorise SellerBlaze to retrieve order data, financial events, product data, and related information solely for the purpose of providing analytics to you. You may revoke this access at any time from Seller Central → Apps & Services → Manage Your Apps.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use SellerBlaze for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Amazon's policies.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.
- Share your account credentials with third parties.
- Use the Service to access Amazon data for any seller account you are not authorised to represent.
- Attempt to circumvent any security or access controls of the Service.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We handle your data in accordance with Amazon's SP-API Data Protection Policy and applicable privacy laws.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the financial data and calculations displayed are completely accurate. All analytics and fee estimates are for informational purposes only and should not be used as the sole basis for business decisions.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SellerBlaze shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to SellerBlaze at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@sellerblaze.com.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
